Who's This Perfect For

Anyone seeking to take action on what's been on your heart to create

those seeking a coaching container to unravel, rebuild, and co-create your next phase in life

How It Works

A clear path for personal transformation

The Emergence Process™ unfolds in a way that honors your timing, intuition, and inner wisdom. This isn’t a rigid program—it’s a guided framework that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and intention.

Phase 1

Rooting in Awareness

We begin by slowing down. Through guided inquiry, somatic awareness, and intuitive reflection, we surface the stories, patterns, and conditioning that have shaped your current experience. You’ll gain clarity on what’s present, what’s outdated, and what’s waiting to emerge. Your body knows what your mind has tried to override.

Key themes during this phase:

  • Where you are now - and future goals

  • Limiting beliefs, barriers, and potential blocks

  • How this is held in the body, nervous system patterns

  • Listening to the subconscious (body - emotions - dreams)

Phase 2

Repatterning the Narrative

Together, we explore where new choices can be made. Using practical coaching tools, embodied practices, and vision work, we co-create new ways of thinking, relating, and responding that align with your truth—not your old survival strategies. Using nervous system regulation and mindset awareness, we create new inner pathways rooted in safety and self-trust.

Key themes during this phase:

  • Conscious mindset shifts

  • Emotional integration

  • Aligned boundaries

  • Habit healing

Phase 3

Embodiment + Emergence

Here, transformation becomes practice. You begin to embody what you’ve uncovered—taking aligned action, voicing your truth, and showing up in your life from a place of sovereignty and grounded clarity.

As you let go of outdated roles and expectations, you begin to remember what’s true for you. This is where your authenticity and inner inspirations starts to rise.

Key themes during this phase:

  • Goal alignment

  • Embodied expression

  • Intuitive action

  • Relational repair

Phase 4

 Integration & Expansion

Transformation doesn’t end at the final session. Periodic integration check-ins offer a space to recalibrate, dust off old patterns, and reconnect with your future-self goals. Think of this as a soul-aligned maintenance phase—where your continued growth stays supported and intentional. From this place of rooted clarity, you begin to lead and live in alignment—without overperforming, proving, or pushing. Just you, fully expressed.

Key themes during this phase:

  • Long-term visioning

  • Self-trust calibration

  • Energetic alignment

  • Future-self legacy planning

Complimentary Discovery Call (Required)

When You’re Ready

Coaching works best when there is clarity, readiness, and mutual fit.

Before scheduling a full session, we begin with a brief complimentary discovery call. Virtual sessions allow us to meet in a grounded, focused container—wherever you’re located.

What this call is for:

  • Clarifying what you’re navigating

  • Ensuring coaching (not therapy or somatic work) is the right fit

  • Answering questions about the process

  • Deciding together whether to move forward

What it is not:

  • Therapy

  • A full coaching session

  • A sales pitch

If we both feel this is a good fit, you’ll be invited to schedule a full coaching session afterward.

You can always reach out via email with questions before scheduling if that feels supportive.

About This Style of Coaching

A reflective, integrative process that supports clarity, agency, and conscious choice

Core Emphasis

Coaching sessions are conversational and inquiry-based.

Rather than fixing, diagnosing, or directing, this work helps you listen more clearly to yourself and act from that clarity.

  • Clarity during life transitions

  • Re-orientation after burnout or long periods of adaptation

  • Strengthening self-trust and agency

  • Integrating insights from body-based or therapeutic work

  • Making aligned decisions without rushing or self-abandonment

This is not advice-giving or motivational coaching.

It’s a structured space for meaning-making, discernment, and integration.

How Coaching Is Different From Therapy or Somatic Work

This distinction is important.

Coaching here:

  • Focuses on present-moment orientation and forward movement

  • Does not process trauma or treat mental health conditions

  • Does not involve body-based intervention or catharsis

  • Assumes a baseline level of stability and self-responsibility

Many clients come to coaching after therapy, acupuncture, sound therapy, or breathwork — when they’re ready to integrate what has already shifted and decide how to move forward.

What a Coaching Session Is Actually Like

Sessions are held one-on-one, virtually, and are spacious, focused, and intentional.

You can expect:

  • Thoughtful inquiry rather than advice

  • Reflection that connects insight to lived reality

  • Attention to pacing, readiness, and capacity

  • Clear session arcs with integration points

  • Emphasis on agency, choice, and self-leadership

  • Sessions are held one-on-one, virtually, and are spacious, focused, and intentional.

You don’t need to arrive with a fully formed goal — but you do need a willingness to engage honestly with what’s emerging.

This Tends to Be Supportive For People Who

Coaching through The Emergence Process™ may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel internally stable but externally uncertain

  • Are navigating a transition (identity, career, relationship, season of life)

  • Want to clarify direction without rushing decisions

  • Have done personal work and want to integrate it meaningfully

  • Are ready to engage actively with reflection, choice, and action

This work supports people who are ready to participate, not be carried.

About Readiness

Coaching works best when someone feels:

  • Resourced enough to reflect without overwhelm

  • Willing to take responsibility for their choices

  • Open to seeing themselves clearly, without judgment

  • Ready to move from insight into aligned action

If you’re unsure whether coaching is the right step right now, that uncertainty itself is worth listening to.

Sometimes the most aligned decision is to wait.

About Payment

This coaching practice is intentionally cash-based, allowing the work to remain flexible, relational, and unconstrained by insurance frameworks.

A receipt can be provided for personal records.

Coaching is not billable to insurance.

FAQs

Let's Dive Deeper Into Some Common Questions

How is coaching different from therapy?

While the process may feel therapeutic, this is not psychotherapy. The Emergence Process™ is a coaching framework designed to help you connect with your desired goals, shift limiting beliefs, embody new patterns, and live with greater clarity and purpose.

Coaching is present- and future-focused. While therapy often explores past trauma and diagnosis, coaching helps you cultivate awareness, move through patterns, and take empowered steps forward. This is a space for expansion, not clinical treatment. If you’re unsure whether therapy or coaching is the best fit, I’m happy to help you discern.

Do I need to know what I want to work on before starting?

Not at all. Many clients arrive feeling foggy, stuck, or at a threshold they can’t quite name. That’s part of the work. The Emergence Process™ is designed to help you access the wisdom within and bring what’s been unconscious into conscious clarity—at your own pace.

Many clients begin with a sense of something stirring beneath the surface—a knowing that change is near, even if the exact shape isn’t clear. The Emergence Process™ meets you right where you are.

What types of clients is this work best suited for?

This process supports individuals navigating identity shifts, emotional burnout, spiritual awakenings, or a desire to live with greater authenticity. It’s ideal if you’re ready to reconnect with your inner truth and embodiment.

Is this a good fit if I’ve already done therapy or personal development?

Absolutely. This is a deepening of your inner work—bridging the gap between intellectual awareness and full-body integration. Many clients arrive here after therapy and are ready for a new layer of embodiment and self-trust

What happens in a session?

Each session is guided by a client-centered, trauma-informed framework that integrates somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and reflective coaching. We track what’s emerging emotionally and physiologically, draw on evidence-based tools from polyvagal theory, parts work, and mindfulness-based practices, and support your system in moving from cognitive insight into embodied change. The process is paced intentionally and adapted to your unique rhythm and capacity.

What if I get emotional or don’t know what to say?

That’s welcome. There’s no pressure to perform or have it all figured out. This is a safe space where your body’s truth, even in silence or tears, is honored as valid and intelligent.

How long does this process take?

The Emergence Process™ is designed to meet you where you are. Some begin with a 3- or 6-session package, while others move into deeper layers of self-discovery over time. We’ll assess your rhythm together.

Can this be done virtually?

Yes. All coaching sessions are offered via secure video and work beautifully at a distance. Many clients find the virtual format helps them feel grounded in their own space.

Is there homework or integration between sessions?

Yes, but it’s soulful—not overwhelming. You may receive various coaching assessments, journal prompts, grounding rituals, embodiment practices, or additional support based on your unique path.

How do I get started?

Begin with a discovery call to ensure we’re a good energetic fit. You’ll get to ask questions, feel the space, and we’ll discuss the right container for your needs.
