Living from the Heart: How Heart Coherence Unlocks Connection, Communication, and Consciousness

Step 1: Center the Body with Somatic Breathwork (1–2 minutes)

Breath pattern:
  • Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds
  • Hold gently for 2 seconds
  • Exhale through the mouth for 6–8 seconds
  • Repeat for 6 rounds
