My passion for holistic medicine and alternative approaches to health has taken me from the classroom to the jungles of Central and South America. Early in my career, I was fascinated by how acupuncture and holistic medicine could fit into the modern medical paradigm.

Over time, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for indigenous wisdom and have gained a profound understanding of how incredibly resilient our bodies are—able to restore balance and homeostasis, even after decades of imbalance and disease.
