Somatic Release Breathwork
Guided 90-minute somatic breathwork sessions focused on releasing stress, calming the nervous system, and allowing a somatic release of old energy and trauma patterns stuck in the body.
I will guide you through each phase of breathwork and breath holds. The first phase is focused on activating your nervous system and releasing stuck emotions. The second half is focused on slowing it down to clear and ground the body.
Included with this session are guided journal prompts to help integrate and process what came up during the session.
